A novel by Alan Driscoll.

Autumn, 1996. A group of teenage friends gather on the roof of an abandoned railway building, high on alcohol, britpop and first love. The world is overwhelming and irresistible.

As they age, some attempt to hold on to what made those moments magical, while others desperately crave to move on. But like a song you can't get out of your head, some memories are hard to let go of.

Over the course of the next century they will encounter death, heartbreak, crime and celebrity, while struggling to make sense of a world increasingly dominated by technology and terrorism. But for some, all that matters is keeping the party going.

This Party is a story of love, music and immortality, spanning several decades and told one party at a time.
